The Hong Kong Prize for Excellence in Mathematical Research is an award to recognize the best work of mathematicians who have made significant contributions to scientific, business, engineering or mathematical applications. The prize is administered by the City University of Hong Kong in conjunction with the Association for Hong Kong Studies.
HK Prize for Excellence in Mathematics

In addition to the English Book and Dissertation prizes, IBP also honors contributions in Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish and Taiwanese languages.
The IBP prize is organized every two years and is a multilingual competition. The finalists in each language are selected by an international panel of judges and a panel of readers. The awards ceremony is held in front of a live audience.
